Coynd App Privacy Policy

Coynd LLC is responsible for the Coynd mobile app. Stuart Street Apps develops and publishes the app on Coynd LLC’s behalf. This policy applies to the app, not to the coynd.com website or its newsletter.

Information the app collects

Coynd does not ask children to create an account or provide a name, email address, or location. The app does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking. It does not send quiz progress to Coynd LLC or Stuart Street Apps.

Progress stored on the device

The app saves quiz totals, accuracy, best score, and achievement progress on the device so progress is available the next time the app opens. Coynd LLC and Stuart Street Apps cannot view this progress through the app.

Deleting progress

Deleting the app removes its locally stored progress from that iPhone. A device backup may contain app preferences and could restore earlier progress if the backup is restored. Device-backup settings are controlled through Apple.

Contacting us

Parents or guardians may email privacy questions to info@coynd.com. If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to send and use it to respond to your inquiry. Please do not include a child’s personal information unless necessary for your question.

Changes

If the app’s privacy practices change, Coynd LLC will update this policy and its effective date before describing the changed practices as current.
